Notifications
Stay on top of usage limits, plan renewals, and system events.
What triggers a notification?
| Event | When you're notified |
|---|---|
| AI credits low | When your credit balance drops below 10% of your plan's allowance |
| Storage near limit | When you've used 80% or 95% of your storage quota |
| Plan expiring soon | 7 days and 1 day before your plan renews or expires |
| Member joined | When a pending invitation is accepted |
| Upload failed | When a chunked upload cannot be completed |
| AI generation failed | When an image or video job returns an error |
Viewing notifications
Click Notifications in the sidebar under Manage. All unread notifications are shown with a timestamp. A dot on the sidebar item indicates unread notifications.
Notifications are only visible to owner role users. Developers do not see the Notifications page.
Email alerts
Critical notifications — low credits, storage full, plan expiry — are also sent to the owner's registered email address. Check your spam folder if you're not receiving them.
